Zoomiez NYC provides mobile dog fitness sessions, including treadmill workouts for dogs of all breeds and sizes. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Ensure your dog is at least four months old and up to date on vaccinations.
Confirm that your dog is medically cleared for physical activity by a veterinarian.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Sessions must be booked in advance via our website or phone.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge for the full session.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other online payment methods.
Refunds are available only for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.

5. Health & Safety

You acknowledge that participation in our services involves physical activity for your dog.
You must disclose any medical conditions or special needs prior to booking.
Zoomiez NYC reserves the right to refuse service to any dog deemed unfit for treadmill workouts.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, you assume all risks related to your dog’s participation.
Zoomiez NYC is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or any health issues arising from our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your dog's participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and videos, is owned by Zoomiez NYC and may not be used without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
